SPC CARE/MAINTENANCE

First Choice Flooring provides of remarkable years carefree use. First Choice is considered the most beautiful, most realistic looking flooring on the market and the most durable. Cleaning and maintenance is much easier than other flooring products.

Remember that regular cleaning of the surface prevents the accumulation of dust and prevents dirt from building up.
Use a lightweight vacuum or broom to remove dirt and debris.
 Use a bucket of warm water and a mild soap.
Use a mop that is damp and rinse the floor after using soap.

Preventative Measures

Carry out the first cleaning immediately after installation, to remove any residual dust that is left behind.

Avoid tracking in any type of petroleum based products including tar and asphalt

Prevent scratching by using floor coasters on the bottom of the feet of chairs, tables and any type of furniture. Do not drag any type of heavy material across your flooring.
Equip the furniture and chairs with the appropriate felt pads to be placed under the feet, to avoid possible scratches

Avoid using the following cleaning products on you First Choice LVP Floors:
Detergents, Abrasive or Shine Products
Floor Wax, Ammonia, or Bleach
Heavy Vacuum Cleaners

Use ONLY cleaners that are made specifically for LVP or SPC
